Albert Hague - Tresa Hughes - Steve Inwood - Paul McCrane Anne Meara - Joanna Merlin - Barry Miller - Jim Moody Gene Anthony Ray - Maureen Teefy - Debbie Allen - Richard Belzer.

The television series followed the same idea of the movie. The producers were Mel Swope, Stan Rogow and Ken Ehrlich. The executive producers were William Flynn and Gerald I. Isenberg. David De Silva was the consulting producer. Choreography was done by Debbie Allen and Otis Sallid. The series of 136 episodes ran on television for 5 years from 1982 to 1987.

Fame series came to Italy around 1980; it had so much success that RAI kept on running it for years. The last time it was on television was around the beginning of the 1990. Set in the High School for the Performing Arts, the main characters are the heroes in the stories full of choreographies, songs, and performances. They always look for a balance between their lives as family, the society and aspire to become famous. At the end, if you add feelings, you got the magic

Magic costs a lot of energy and expectations of the future mean hard work, so Miss Grant herself says:

- You got big dreams, You want fame!
- Well fame costs,
- and right here's where you start paying,
- in sweat!

..........  So I can only wish you a good time ! ..........
